A saboteur is someone who subtly (or not so subtly) works against you, often disguised as “tough love.” They might discourage your dreams, second-guess your achievements, or even laugh off your ideas in ways that feel dismissive. They’re not always obvious, but their comments and actions leave you questioning your path. Surround yourself with people who genuinely believe in you rather than those who mask their sabotage with “friendly advice.”
