Like so many people living in Dubai, Andy Blair found himself in a bad situation in 2009 when he received a call he wasn't expecting. His boss broke the news to him - he no longer had a job. He knew he needed to do something quickly or he, too, would face the fate of so many others. So, he pulled over and used a permanent marker he had in his car to scrawl a message on the back of his car, using it as a rolling billboard.
