Lack of Job Opportunities: Difficulty finding suitable employment in their area or field of expertise. Opportunities for young people without specific education  and training along with needed job experience  make matters even more difficult.  There are few paid apprentice jobs compared to years ago.  Jobs are even much more technical than ever before.  Companies are reluctant to spend money training people for a job who are inclined to quit.
