The EcoSport will feature Ford’s Sync 3 infotainment system with an eight-inch screen that stands like a tablet atop the center dash. Like a phone, the touch screen can be operated with pinch and zoom motions. It will include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay phone integration, along with an assortment of power points and USB ports. A 110-volt outlet will be offered to charge additional gadgets. Using a mobile app, owners will be able to view information such as fuel level and odometer reading, as well as start, lock, and locate the vehicle. An uplevel audio system choice will be offered from B&O Play, a division of famed Bang & Olufsen.
