Louisiana-based Confederate Motorcycles laid siege to the
competition with the debut of its G2 P51 Combat Fighter last year.
Designed by Jon Kaase, responsible for the original P51 Fighter
from 2009, the second-generation Combat version is 25-percent more
powerful and 12.5-percent lighter than its predecessor.
Featuring the company’s proprietary monocoque construction made
completely of 6061 aerospace billet aluminum, the 500-pound road
warrior comes armed with a big block V-twin engine firing off 200
ft lbs of torque and over 200 hp. Only 17 of the 61 examples
planned to be produced (one at a time) are still available and are
priced at $125,000 displayed in raw aluminum and $130,000 in
anodized black.
