Covered with a tarp outside of a used-car market is a sky-blue Lamborghini. Many owners cover their vehicles when they abandon them. Maybe it's done because the owners hope to have money to pay the bill before it's too late. Or maybe, they do it out of respect for the supercars they're ditching.
