1964 BMW R50/2
60s-era R BMW motorcycles are built like tanks. The frame is a double-loop of heavy tubes that cradle the boxer engine. A single plate clutch, mounted on a flywheel is like that of an automobile. The suspension system uses a true "Earles fork" helping fight front end dive during braking. Huge drum diameters provide massive stopping power.
