A 1957 Ferrari 335 Sport Scaglietti sold for $35.7 million at the Artcurial Motorcars auction in Paris on February 5, 2016. However the record was set at a Carmel auction in August 2014, during the annual Monterey Car Week, when the gavel came down on a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO at just over $38 million, including auction costs and fees.
